- Children 6 to 9 years old need 9 to 11 hours of sleep.
- Children 12 to 16 years old need 8 to 10 hours of sleep.
- People between the ages of 18 and 64 need 7 to 9 hours of sleep.
- People over the age of 65 need 7 to 8 hours of sleep.

Avoid tea and coffee

Some people exercise late in the evening instead of in the morning. This makes insomnia more likely. Exercising in the morning is beneficial for health. But if you want to exercise in the evening, do it at least four hours before bedtime.
