New Delhi: Angry passengers hacked the airline's website at the airport for not receiving replacement luggage from another passenger by mistake.
Nandan Kumar's luggage was mistakenly changed by another passenger traveling in India by a private airline and the airline could not return the luggage despite repeated reminders.
Angered by the airline's behavior, Nandan Kumar decided to take matters into his own hands and hacked the airline's website.
After hacking the website, the passenger got the details of the passenger who had taken the luggage by mistake and contacted and took back his luggage from him.
Interestingly, the hackers themselves shared the details of the website hacking on their social media accounts and also gave tips on how to fix the flaws in the airline's system and website.
