According to the Khaleej Times, a Pakistani youth named Raja has been declared the 14th millionaire of the 40th week of the lottery after winning five out of six matches in the lottery. Raja used to work as an accounts manager in a logistics company in Dubai, but he resigned two months ago and started looking for a new job.
