| Guinness World Record holder arrested for claiming birth of 10 children |
(Cape Town ): A Guinness Book of World Records woman has been arrested in South Africa for claiming the birth of 10 children at the same time.
According to foreign media, 37-year-old Gosiame Thamara had claimed that she had given birth to 10 children, including 7 boys and 3 girls. After gaining international fame, the authorities investigated and found out that the woman was lying and no child was born in her house and she was not even pregnant. When the truth came out, the woman was arrested in a case of lies and fraud. It should be noted that the first suspicion on this claim of the woman was expressed by her own husband. The owner of the house said that he was trying to meet his wife and children but he was not allowed to see them and was not allowed to enter the hospital.
